Abstract
The new system for the exhaustion of electric machines on the basis of half-urethane composites from the stamping of diamond pieces. The problems and prospects of the current stage of the development of the construction of powerful turbo-generators are considered. Compositions of insulating materials based on semi-urethane with the use of artificial diamonds are used. Some properties of natural and artificial diamonds are given. A sample of a new high-conductivity insulation was obtained. The laboratory tests of the obtained sample were carried out. Conclusions are drawn on the work done.
