Novokrasne during the NEP (1921-1929)

Abstract
The article reveals the rural development Novokrasne of Arbuzynka district of Mykolayiv region during the New Economic Policy (NEP) (1921-1929). Analyzes economic development of Novokrasne and surrounding villages in dynamics. Positive dynamics of agriculture is demonstrated. Defined the process of creating collective farms, their place in the economy of the village. Revealing the administration of rural communities, electoral processes to the Village’ Council (Rada), the administrative apparatus. The author to give the lists of deputies of the Village Council convocation in various years. During the years of the NEP the Village Council to held many different campaigns to the collect donations, the mail post, provide schools, etc. Given the negative aspects of management. Reveals the state of culture and education – in the village there were two schools, hut-reading, choir, cultural, educational and drama, school literacy. In Novokrasne to functioning the medical department, the ambulatory clinic to served 7 Village Councils, 38 settlements with a population of about 18 thousand.
