NUMERICAL SIMULATION ANALYSIS ABOUT THE EXPLOSION PROPAGATION PROCESS OF PIPELINE GAS ON THE EFFECT OF COMPLEX OBSTACLES

Abstract

Natural gas explosion seriously endanger social stability and public life property safety, study the pipeline gas explosion is high importance of the safety enterprise production and social stability. Through the theoretical analysis of the process of pipeline gas explosion, using FLACS software, and set up three control groups to compare the effects of obstacles with different size, different arrangement on the explosion propagation law of natural gas. It was discovered through the research of explosion parameters: obstacle has incentive effect on explosion propagation, the size is lager; the arrangement is more closely, the obstacles have greater impact on the flame front, propagation speed and explosion power of pipeline gas explosion. The production provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of gas explosion accident.
