Obiektywna ocena propriocepcji i sensomotoryki stawu kolanowego u pacjentów z pierwotna gonartrozą przed i po aloplastyce

Abstract
Układ sensomotoryczny jest skomplikowanym narzędziem pozwalającym na utrzymywanie równowagi i reakcję na zmienne warunki środowiska w celu uniknięcia urazu. Obiektywna ocena funkcjonowania mechanizmów kontroli równowagi jest trudna ze względu na wieloaspektowość systemu sensomotorycznego oraz wiele zmiennych, które mogą zaburzać pomiar. Sprawność systemu sensomotorycznego znacznie się obniża w trakcie choroby zwyrodnieniowej stawów, w tym również w gonartrozie. Staw kolanowy jest drugą po stawie biodrowym najczęstszą lokalizacją zmian zwyrodnieniowych, a endoprotezoplastyka całkowita lub częściowa jest leczeniem z wyboru w zaawansowanych stadiach choroby. Wraz z przesuwaniem się średniej długości życia i rozwojem nowych technologii medycznych lawinowo rośnie liczba wykonywanych całkowitych aloplastyk stawu kolanowego, a reedukacja układu sensomotorycznego ma fundamentalne znaczenie w przywracaniu sprawności funkcjonalnej pacjentów poddanych takiemu leczeniu.. W pracy opisano obecnie stosowane metody obiektywnej oceny propriocepcji i sensomotoryki oraz równowagi w stawie kolanowym. W oparciu o aktualne piśmiennictwo poddano również dyskusji problematykę przeprowadzania tego rodzaju badań u pacjentów z gonartrozą przed i po aloplastyce stawowej.
