Obligations of the court regarding the protection of human rights in the application of measures to ensure criminal proceedings

Abstract
The article discloses the duties of the court on the protection of human rights when applying measures to ensure criminal proceedings. The author, in order to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of the function of protecting human rights for the implementation of measures to ensure criminal proceedings, is proposed introduce a mechanism for obtaining information by an investigating judge violation of the rights of a detained or detained person, including through the personal reception of applicants.
