ОБМЕЖЕННЯ ЗАСОБІВ І МЕТОДІВ ВЕДЕННЯ ВІЙНИ

Abstract
The publication consideration subject to the limitations on means and methods of warfare, that are fixed in international agreements, in particular to the fundamental rules. Author investigates concrete restrictions on types of weapon, objects and methods of military conflict. There is the notice in the article about different definition of the concept «warfare» among scientists. The special attention is paid to reasons of existing necessity of prohibition of application of nuclear weapon in the modern world, which has the risk to become unsafe place for normal living of human beings, nowadays. Author analyzes current significant events in global political sphere, that effect the direction in international law regulation of means and methods of warfare.
