Ocena stopnia usprawnienia komunikacji miejskiej w Białej Podlaskiej w opinii pasażerów

Abstract
This article compares the results of the survey, carried out by ZTM in the Biała Podlaska, which concerned the assessment of the functioning of the transport of passengers. The analysis was designed to compare the level of satisfaction with the services provided by the municipal commu nication in the period. The aim was also to determine whether changes made after 2009 have had the desired effect and helped to improve the efficiency of the public transport. The article also includes the current demands of passengers that can help institutions dealing with urban transport to better tailor its offer to the requirements of passengers.
