ОЦІНКА ВПЛИВУ ЧИННИКІВ ЗОВНІШНЬОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА НА РОЗВИТОК СУБ’ЄКТІВ ПІДПРИЄМНИЦЬКОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ СФЕРИ ГОТЕЛЬНОГО БІЗНЕСУ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
Analyzed business hotel business in Ukraine and in some regions. Found that in Ukraine there are no Highly competitive position in the hospitality sector. Practice functioning of domestic enterprises hospitality shown that placing infrastructure facilities in Ukraine does not meet international standards of accommodation, leisure and entertainment, as evidenced by the insufficient number of placement companies, and the structure of hotel enterprises the share of hotels of high category is extremely small. To assess the effectiveness of the operation of businesses and hospitality analyzed the number of accepted foreign tourists who provide state currency earnings and stimulate the development of service businesses. Established that the domestic tourist primarily focused on low prices, convenient location and quality service. Thus, it is proved that the military operations in south-east Ukraine, as well as the unstable political and socio-economic situation negatively affected the market of hotel real estate.
