ОЧИСТКА ОБЖИГОВОГО ГАЗА ЦЕМЕНТНОГО ПРОИЗВОДСТВА ПРИРОДНЫМИ ЦЕОЛИТАМИ

Abstract
The industry faces the actual task of cleaning the waste gases from the kilns of cement production. Among the different methods of purification of gas systems adsorption methods acquire special importance, only adsorbents can provide almost complete capture of several components at once. The existing range of adsorbents allows to solve up to 75 % of all polutantes. Task in this aspect special attention is paid to the use of natural zeolite – Clinoptilolite of Georgian deposit Zemo Handaki. In this paper the adsorption properties of the initial form of clinoptilolite in relation to such pollutants as NxOy, CO2, SO2 were investigated. Experiments were carried out in dynamic conditions on a specially designed installation of the flow type. Results of conducted researches have shown, that the natural clinoptilolite of a deposit Handaki with success can be used for clearing of waste gases from technogenic pollutants.
