Oil factor in Azerbaijan-Georgia relations in the first years of the independency

Abstract
The article envisages analysis of building of Azerbaijan-Georgia relations on the basis of strategic al- liance in the first years of the independence, oil factor in bilateral relations, Azerbaijani oil’s becoming on the focus of international community and oil strategy of Heydar Aliyev.
