OME QUESTIONS OF CLASSIFICATION OF PROCEDURES IN LAND LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the coverage of the problem of land classification. Specific examples have been used to study and establish the criteria by which it is most expedient and effective to carry out such classification. The norms of the land legislation that provide for the procedure for the implementation of land legal procedures with a broad subject composition are analyzed.
