ON A CLASS OF SUBMANIFOLDS OF A KENMOTSU MANIFOLD

Journal Title: Journal of Science And Arts - Year 2011, Vol 17, Issue 4

Abstract

In this paper we study some properties of a class of normal anti-invariant submanifolds in Kenmotsu manifolds, called the class of Whitney type spheres. We also prove that Whitney type spheres have a closed conformal vector field in Kenmotsu space forms.
