On the approaches to the definition of financial offense

Abstract
In the article the approaches to the definition of financial offense in the Ukrainian and foreign doctrine researched. Pointed out theoretical approaches to the definition of financial offense – as reviewing of financial offense as the basis of financial legal responsibility and financial offense as an independent institute of financial law. The features in the approaches of foreign researchers from the domestic scientists’ approaches to the definition of financial offenses are outlined.
