On the Forms of Nonlinear Propagation of High-Frequency Perturbation in a Thermal Relaxing Gas-Liquid mixture
Journal Title: Հայաստանի գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի տեղեկագիր․ Մեխանիկա - Year 2010, Vol 63, Issue 3
Abstract
The quasyadiabatic and quasyisothermic regimes of propagation of highfrequensy perturbation are considered in a thermal relaxing gas–fluid mixture. The simplified nonlinear equations are obtained. It is shown that in the absence of heat transfer and under the quasyadiabatic regime the form of propagation is solitone, or the shock wave in quasyisotherm regime.

Diffraction of a Shear Plane Wave in Elastic Medium with Piecewise Homogeneous Infinite Inclusion
Diffraction of shear plane wave incident from infinity at arbitrary angle on infinite in- 3clusion is considered. The infinite inclusion consists of two semi-infinite parts made of different materials. The problem’s solu...
