ON THE GROUNDS OF AMMENDMENT OF THE RIGHT ON GENERAL NATURE MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of legal ground of ammedment of the right on general nature management and the necessity of the systematization of the legislation in this field. The list of legal grounds of ammedment of the right on general nature management consist of legal acts, decisions of state and local governments, decisions of owners or tenants of natural resources, decisions of natural resources users and events that happened in the environment. It necessary to systematize legal grounds of ammedment of the right on general nature management for example in the Law of Ukraine «On Environmental Protection».
