On the issue of designing a sustainable structure of a network of non-query measuring instruments of a ground control complex

Abstract
The article considers the problem of designing the structure of the network of non-query measuring means of the ground control complex of the space system. The analysis of various approaches to the problem of choosing and forming the structure of systems of this class at the design stage is performed. It is shown that the implementation of methods for the structural construction of a modernized network of non-query measuring means of the ground control complex of the navigation stations of the space complex requires the joint use of optimization and simulation models. For the combination of models, a multi-attribute optimization-simulation approach is proposed, the validity of which is confirmed by the results of computer experiments on the formation and optimization of the topological structure of the distributed network of navigation stations.
