On the Issue of Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency Correction in Children with Functional and Organic Gastroduodenal Diseases

Abstract
This article deals with the substantiation and evaluation of the effectiveness of microtablet enzyme drug Ermital 10 000 inclusion in the combination treatment of children with functional and organic gastroduodenal diseases. The results of our own studies on the functional status of the pancreas in children with combined diseases of the digestive system are presented. The findings demonstrate the effectiveness and high level of safety and tolerability of Ermital 10 000 as enzyme replacement therapy in relative pancreatic insufficiency in children.
