ON THE ISSUE OF THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE MORATORIUM ACTION ON THE SALES OF THE AGRICULTURAL LAND USE

Abstract
Formation of the agricultural land market is one of the most controversial issues of agrarian policy in Ukraine, which is complicated by significant institutional disadvantages in the field of land relations regulation. The researches of the scientists concerning the introduction of changes in the legislation regulating the relations of circulation and the market of agricultural lands, in particular, the lifting of the moratorium on the sale of agricultural land were analyzed.
