ON THE POSSIBILITY OF RECOGNITION AS RELATIONSHIP TERMINATION OF PROTECTION MEASURES CIVIL LIABILITY

Abstract
Article is devoted to the investigation of possibility to recognize termination of legal relationship as a measure of civil legal liability. The author has revealed, whether features of civil legal liability are common for termination of legal relationship as a way of civil rights defense. Approaches of scientists and legislative authorities have been analyzed.
