The ternary quadratic equation representing a homogeneous cone is analyzed for its non-zero distinct integral points. A few interesting properties among the solutions and special numbers namely, Polygonal numbers, Centered polygonal numbers, Pyramidal numbers, Gnomonic numbers are presented.
