Online dispute resolution: world experience and perspectives for Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the latest trends in dispute resolution – online dispute resolution. The characteristic features of such methods are analyzed and on the basis of this author’s definition of the concept of “dispute resolution online” is formulated. It also summarizes the main types of online dispute resolution and types of disputes that can potentially be solved online. The conclusion is made on the need for further research in this area in order to facilitate the implementation of online dispute resolution in Ukraine.
