Onomasiological potential of speech lexical means of expressing objections in the English and Ukrainian official-business discourse

Abstract
The article has been devoted to the description of the lexical method of expression of negation, using the possibilities of the internal form of the word, which has negative semantics in its seminal composition. In the article, with the help of examples, a comparative analysis of the intra-axial denial, which is actively used in the English and Ukrainian business speeches, was conducted. The general negative semantics of lexemes, with the help of vocabulary definitions, is considered.
