Ontology Based SMS Controller for Smart Phones
Journal Title: International Journal of Advanced Computer Science & Applications - Year 2015, Vol 6, Issue 1
Abstract
Text analysis includes lexical analysis of the text and has been widely studied and used in diverse applications. In the last decade, researchers have proposed many efficient solutions to analyze / classify large text dataset, however, analysis / classification of short text is still a challenge because 1) the data is very sparse 2) It contains noise words and 3) It is difficult to understand the syntactical structure of the text. Short Messaging Service (SMS) is a text messaging service for mobile/smart phone and this service is frequently used by all mobile users. Because of the popularity of SMS service, marketing companies nowadays are also using this service for direct marketing also known as SMS marketing. In this paper, we have proposed Ontology based SMS Controller which analyze the text message and classify it using ontology aslegitimate or spam. The proposed system has been tested on different scenarios and experimental results shows that the proposed solution is effective both in terms of efficiency and time.

A Routing Calculus with Distance Vector Routing Updates
We propose a routing calculus in a process algebraic framework to implement dynamic updates of routing table using distance vector routing. This calculus is an extension of an existing routing calculus DRωπ where routing...
Managing Open Educational Resources on the Web of Data
In the last few years, the international work on Massive Open On-line Courses (MOOCS) underlined new needs for open educational resources (OER) management within the context of the Web of Data. First, within MOOCs, all (...
A Novel Semantically-Time-Referrer based Approach of Web Usage Mining for Improved Sessionization in Pre-Processing of Web Log
Web usage mining(WUM) , also known as Web Log Mining is the application of Data Mining techniques, which are applied on large volume of data to extract useful and interesting user behaviour patterns from web logs, in ord...
A Competency-Based Ontology for Learning Design Repositories
Learning designs are central resources for educational environments because they provide the organizational structure of learning activities; they are concrete instructional methods. We characterize each learning design...
Predictable CPU Architecture Designed for Small Real-Time Application - Concept and Theory of Operation
The purpose of this paper is to describe an predictable CPU architecture, based on the five stage pipeline assembly line and a hardware scheduler engine. We aim at developing a fine-grained multithreading implementation,...
