Abstract
It is obvoius that the reevaluation of CBRN risks strategy is a necessity, as NATO member state quality of Romania and regarding commitments in the radical changes in the risk nature that have been solved by the Alliance, till world geopolitical bipolarity of Cold War period until actual multidimensional and multidirectional threats.
