Abstract
The aim of the paper is to present the issues of head injuries in children. It includes a description of the case of a girl who was involved in a traffic accident. The article describes how to provide prehospital care and child protection at the site of the accident and on the way to the hospital to avoid additional complications, as well as the general condition of the girl and problems during her hospitalization.
