Optimal modern forms interaction between the state and civil society

Abstract
Modern forms of interaction between the state and civil society are considered. The main attention is paid to modern information and communication technologies, primarily e-consultations and e-government as forms of public control over power and increasing its effectiveness. Analyzed are the institutions of civil society, which are the source of social capital and public activity and increase efficiency, optimize the forms of interaction with the state.
