Optimization of development programs farms

Abstract
The article offers economic and mathematical model to optimize the development of farm programs, taking into account the efficient use of production resources and the conservation of soil fertility. It includes a group of restrictions on the use of production resources, production and distribution of organic fertilizers, the balance of nutrients for animals moving biggest variable. In solving the problem is considered to be that part of manufactured farm products consumed within the economy itself, the rest being implemented. At the same time on some of its species have contractual obligations. In addition, it takes into account the observance of technological requirements and the rational relations between the different branches, the importance of maintaining soil fertility on the farm: in the problem considered the balance of humus in the soil to be treated, as the content of organic matter – the most important property characterizing the soil fertility. Since the simulation is carried out in conditions of economic instability, the forecast figures for a long period gives a very inaccurate and often unrealistic results. Therefore, the most appropriate planning period will be two years. The optimality criterion is used the maximum profit. Justification of the initial information is carried out on the basis of the models calculated according to farmers. The practical implementation of the results to determine the size of the industry, the volume of purchases of feed, the number of attracting labor, the need for mineral fertilizers, as well as to increase economic efficiency of the studied economy,
