OPTIMIZATION OF THE NUMBER OF STATE TARGET PROGRAMS AND BUDGET

Abstract
The article describes and analyzes the optimization of the number of state target programs and budget in Ukraine. One of economic processes regulation methods in the state is the development and implementation of targeted programmes. Is the target of the program, due to the concentration of financial, scientific and human resources in making new management decisions, is one of the factors to overcome negative socioeconomic processes in the economy. Therefore, today there is a need to study the «state target program» category, the disclosure of the nature of resource provision of targeted programmes.
