ORGANISATIONAL AND MANAGERIAL EFFECTS OF ORGANISATIONS’ COACTIVITY

Abstract
The article presents an elaboration of issues related to organisations’ coactivity. In this pu-blication, an author presented results of own research on forms of organisations’ coactivity. On the basis of the empirical research, six groups of effects have been identified (market and marketing, technical and investment, financial, organisational and managerial), which were a consequence of developing coactivity between organisations. The main goal of this article is an identification and analysis of organisational and managerial effects, which occur after developing the coactivity. Conc-lusions from the research could be a basis for selecting the sort of form of organisations’ coactivity
