ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННО-ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКИЕ УСЛОВИЯ ПОВЫШЕНИЯ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ УЧЕБНО-ПОЛЕВОЙ ПРАКТИКИ БИОЛОГОВ

Abstract

The role of educational field practice as a pedagogical system is considered in the article, the effectiveness of preparing students for professional pedagogical activity depends on its functioning. The peculiarity of this pedagogical system is that, with its optimal organization, conditions are created for the students to form the main functional components of their future activity: communicative, organizational, constructive, mobilization, and research functions. These functional components are based on professional skills and skills that are formed in the course of practical activities. Participation of students in SCP contributes to the formation of psychological readiness for professional activities, raising the level of general education and general pedagogical training, which depends on the preparedness of the teacher-educator, the teacher-predmetika and the teacher conducting vocational guidance of students.
