Abstract
The article is devoted to defining organizational-legal bases of terrorism counteraction in Ukraine. It works out classification of normative-legal acts in the sphere of organizational support of terrorism counteraction by the following criteria: by legal effect, by spatial extent, by function assignment. It outlines drawbacks of organizational-legal bases of terrorism counteraction in Ukraine.
