Abstract
Managers are people working with individuals at all levels inside and outside of an organization. A necessary condition predisposing to work in management are high qualifications as well as communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, managers must demonstrate that they are ready to analytical and synthetic thinking and can work efficiently. The paper is a review of the literature and its objective is to identify important areas in the organization of a manager’s work.
