Organizacyjne i techniczne metody redukcji hałasu komunikacyjnego w przestrzeni miejskiej

Abstract
The article discusses organizational and technical methods of noise reduction in urban space. The impact of noise on people's quality of life in the city, the legal basis for noise monitoring, the long-term indicators of the average sound level and the principle of their designation are described. Among the organizational methods focused on the strategic planning documents of the city, such as the Noise Protection Program, transport development plan and educational policy. Among the technical methods of noise reduction, acoustic screens, silent road surfaces and methods of limiting traffic in the city are listed and characterized.
