Organization and methods of risk analysis activities of collective investment institutions: the problematic issues and ways of solving

Abstract
The article analyzes the main existing methods of risk analysis activities of the institutes of joint investment – investment risk of the securities portfolio. The problems of the organization of such an analysis in domestic investment funds, a systematic approach to risk analysis in the organization of joint investment institutions. It is possible to identify the stages of investment risk analysis of the organization of the securities portfolio and streamline the most effective methodological approaches to its implementation. The method of determining the effectiveness of the securities portfolio based on their risk and return. Developed proposals contribute to minimizing risks through a number of measures of risk management, established on the basis of the investment fund analysis. Presents the future prospects of the development of organizational and methodical basis of risk analysis activities of domestic collective investment institutions to increase their efficiency and attract more participants.
