Organization-legal maintenance of the generating companies in the energy sector of Ukraine

Abstract
On the basis of the forecast of achieving the objectives of the Energy Strategy of Ukraine till 2030 to transform the generating companies of state-owned enterprises into joint stock companies analyzed the legal and economic consequences of such a step. In this regard, it proposed to improve the conversion of such legal forms to provide basic public and private interests. Courtesy own vision features of the organizational-legal forms of companies and their legal and restructuring, as well as the procedures for handling corporate securities.
