ORGANIZATION OF INTERNAL CONTROL OF REAL ESTATE OPERATIONS

Abstract
The article proves the need to organize internal control of real estate operations. The subjects of internal control of the investigated operations are presented. The task of internal control of real estate operations is generalized depending on the stage of economic operation. Detailed stages of internal control of real estate operations. The foregoing creates the conditions for ensuring the compliance of real estate transactions with current legislation and timely and accurately reflected in the accounting records.
