Organization of preparatory works for the development of the administrative decisions of a modern enterprise

Abstract
The variability of the environment requires a sound approach to the preparation, development, adoption and implementation of management decisions for successful functioning, sustainable and stable development of the business entity that determines the use of the most effective tools. The article deals with modern instruments and studied in relationship and interdependence for practical use in all activities of the enterprise. Process approach allows you to manage and monitor key business processes, taking into account their priority, features of display and interaction in order to achieve planned. A business plan serves as a strategic system-comprehensive document developed based on the results of marketing research environment of the company as an open social and economic system. The main components of the subject building ensure the implementation of the planned (expected) in the business plan of the enterprise, project, and etc. The process of preparation, development, adoption and implementation of management decisions on a "black box" will generate a logical, consistent and specified system of interaction between the staff of a business entity in order to achieve efficiency in its operations. Stability and sustainability of successful development of the company in a volatile or corrosive environment largely depends on the organization, preparation and conduct of the necessary set of work tools considered for use in economic activities. First of all, it requires the formation of an array of information data on the potential of a particular company and the actual feasibility of the projects, business plans, recommendations, etc. The basis of selection of business ideas suggested adapted "The potential pyramid", which comprises: forming and processing of information in accordance with the specific needs identified; selection of business ideas for feasibility; organization and preparation of the work for the practice or implementation of a particular activity on a specific time period outlined in the business plan. The proposed approach integrates modern techniques, methods, tools and activities in the basic functions of management (organization, planning, coordination, management, control), which ensures efficient use of the capacity, the increase of efficiency of business processes of an enterprise in the process of justification managing decisions.
