Organization of public service: European experience

Abstract
The article analyzes the main conceptual provisions of public services on the basis of studying the practice of foreigh countries and with the help of comparative characteristics. Certain aspects of foreign experience can be used in the constructions of the Ukrainian state service in the context of administrative reform in Ukraine.
