ORGANIZATION OF SEPARATION OF POWERS: BASIC MODELS

Abstract
Analyzes functional, structural and personal organizational model of separation of powers. In particular, it focuses on inappropriate structure of separation of powers. At same time, functional separation of state power is supplied not only as a rational organization of state apparatus, but absolutely logical mechanism of its organization in conditions of existence of a modern developed state.
