Abstract

The interpretation of the definition of the organizational and economic mechanism of enterprise development is presented as a set of strategically directed management decisions and actions that, based on the enterprise's own potential when applying innovative components in all elements of this mechanism, will create conditions for self-financing and development of their activities. It has been proven that to solve the tasks of organizational and economic development of enterprises aimed at ensuring consistent strategic transformations in order to increase the efficiency of activities, the process of development of telecommunications services market entities both in the economic sphere and in terms of the effective organization of their activities should be based on the formation of an integrated system of development of the above-mentioned components of these enterprises. The structure of the organizational and economic mechanism for the development of telecommunications services market entities is summarized, consisting of two blocks, where the first block, along with such elements as organizational and communication, which includes standards, regulations, instructions, documents; information support and communication chains and interactions; structures, methods, technologies, management tools; organizational design, behavior, culture, corporate ethics; is supplemented by such an element as the use of modern types and tools of marketing, which would make it possible to adapt to any changes with their help. The second block, which includes the economic and financial mechanism and consists of resource, labor, financial support; this also includes economic levers; a system of remuneration and incentives; customer orientation and innovation, is supplemented by such a component as motivation to form an expansion of professional skills through training as a factor of successful professional activity. Systematizing the well-known principles that developers usually rely on when building the organizational and economic mechanism of enterprises, the authors, taking into account modernity, proposed to expand this list of principles by adding one more: the principle of supporting mental health personnel. This principle is aimed at creating a favorable psychological climate in the organization, supporting motivation, reducing stress and improving the general well-being of employees.
