Abstract
In the article conceptual provisions and the structure of the organizational-economic mechanism of infrastructural maintenance of energy saving civil engineering companies, which includes the resources of the structural components: personnel, information - consulting, financial, economic, regulatory -legal, technical, technological. The author defined the goals, imperatives, functions and nature of the mechanism.
