ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL BASIS OF FINANCIAL SECURITY OF THE BANKING SYSTEM OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The legislative basis on management and financial security of the banking system of Ukraine is explored in the article. The disadvantages and inconsistencies of certain legislative provisions concerning the regulation of financial security of the domestic banking system are highlighted. The directions of optimization of banking legislation for creation of effective legal conditions for ensuring an adequate level of financial security of the banking system of Ukraine are proposed.
