ORGANIZATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF TIME TRADING ACCOUNTING IN THE ESTABLISHMENTS OF A NEW FORMAT

Abstract
The article presents a new format of the catering business enterprises’ organization in Ukraine; the notion of a new model of people’s work organization with different types of occupations in the common space – coworking – is defined; the advantages and disadvantages of new format establishments “ANTICAFÉ” are determined, the features of representation in accounting of time trading in the new format establishments are considered; the prospects of the format “ANTI-CAFÉ” further development in Ukraine are determined.
