ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AT THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical issues of organizational support of intellectual property management at the enterprise. It is defined the nature, features, goals, objectives organization of intellectual property. It is showing the position organization in the management of intellectual property in the enterprise. It is considered the types of organization of the intellectual property under different organizational structure of the enterprise. Provision is functions of built-in, specialized, international departments of intellectual property. The authors focus on the essence of adaptive organizational structure of IP on the specifics of the interaction of participant's lifecycle of intellectual property. It is selected the factors of influence on the choice of organizational structure and organizational form of intellectual property management on an enterprise. These include the IP strategy of the company; the intellectual capital of company; the Portfolio structure of intellectual property Rights Company, its commercial potential; state of the market of intellectual property, competition in the market; level of infrastructure development of the market of intellectual property and other factors. It is proposed systematization forms of organizational maintenance of intellectual property management at different classification criteria: by the number of participants and by nature of the management of intellectual property; by levels of management; on the profile of activity; by nationality; by the structure of the portfolio of intellectual property; for the intended purpose; by stages diffusion of intellectual property rights on the market of intellectual property; by the spectrum of functions of intellectual property; by the level of the legality of transactions with intellectual property. The authors explore global trends organization of intellectual property. Attention is paid to consider outsourcing forms of operations with intellectual property. Provision is reason use of the services of outsourcing firms. It is defined the basic functions of outsourcing firms in the field of intellectual property. The article deals with the experience of functioning of middlemen in the market of intellectual property. The article investigates cooperative forms of organization of intellectual property.
