Abstract
В статье определены вопросы результативности и эффективности внедрения систем менеджмента качества (СМК). Отмечены основные аргументы в пользу внедрения СМК. Представлен алгоритм оценки эффективности внедряемой системы качества. Наведена структура процедуры расчета показателей результативности СМК продукции.
