ОСОБЕННОСТИ ПРОЯВЛЕНИЯ ИШЕМИЧЕСКОЙ БОЛЕЗНИ СЕРДЦА В ПОЛОСТИ РТА

Abstract
The article presents an analysis of complaints and the main physical parameters of the oral fluid of patients with coronary heart disease. The main dental complaints were: dryness in the mouth, distortion of taste, bad breath, hyperesthesia, dry lips and bleeding gums. There was a decrease in the rate of salivation, an increase in viscosity, and a decrease in the hydrogen index to the acidic side (p = 0.01). It is noted that the main dental manifestations and changes in saliva values are probably a side effect of drug therapy received by patients. All patients with coronary heart disease need a more thorough examination to prevent pathological conditions in the oral cavity.
