ОСОБЕННОСТИ РАННЕЙ НЕОНАТАЛЬНОЙ АДАПТАЦИИ НЕДОНОШЕННЫХ ДЕТЕЙ ИЗВЛЕЧЕННЫХ ОПЕРАТИВНЫМ ПУТЕМ ОТ МАТЕРЕЙ С ПРЕЭКЛАМПСИЕЙ ТЯЖЕЛОЙ СТЕПЕНИ

Abstract
В обзоре приведены особенности клинического течения ранней неонатальной адаптации недоношенных детей в зависимости от метода родоразрешения беременных с тяжелой преэклампсией. Установлено более благоприятное течение неонатальной адаптации недоношенных детей от матерей с преэклампсией извлеченных путем кесарево сечения. Доказано снижение частоты встречаемости СДР синдрома, заболеваемости и летальности у недоношенных детей извлеченных оперативным путём при преэклампсии.
