Особенности репрезентации концепта «преступление» в рассказах Антона Чехова и Александра Куприна

Abstract
The paper presents an analysis of selected stories by A. Chekhov and A. Kuprin, in which one of universal concepts – crime – is presented. This concept refills an artistic image of law in Russia at the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th centuries. The author distinguished artistic and language images of seeing crime by the writers and focuses on the reasons for influence of these motifs on a human. A. Chekhov presented human types or situations leading to crime in his works. A. Kuprin was most of all interested in presentation of mental condition of a murderer and evil in a human able to kill.
