Abstract
Фiнансовий ринок є життєво важливим фундаментом для зростання, розвитку i стабiльностi нацiональної ринкової економiки. Становлення i розвиток фiнансового ринку має стати ключовим елементом сильного економiчного середовища, який пiдтримуватиме корпоративнi iнiцiативи, забезпечуватиме фiнансування реального сектора економiки через залучення iнвестицiй, здiйснення платежiв та перерозподiлу капiталiв. Як каталiзатор економiчного зростання - фiнансовий ринок буде iстотно впливати на забезпечення суверенiтету держави та реалiзацiю її нацiональних iнтересiв в умовах глобалiзацiйних процесiв.
