Abstract
Стаття присвячена питанням, пов’язаним із регулюванням трудових правовідносин із керівником юридичної особи, обґрунтовано необхідність укладення контрактної форми трудового договору із керівником, аналізуються питання пов’язані з порядком укладання контракту та специфічні умови, пов’язані із виконанням керівником своїх обов’язків. Ключові слова: керівник юридичної особи, контракт, умови контракту, трудові відносини, працівник, роботодавець.
